How to use these interactive alphabet books:
- Print double-sided – Each alphabet book only uses one sheet of paper!
- Introduce the Letter – Say the letter sound, letter, and practice the mouth formation.
- Alphabet Tracing – Students will trace the uppercase and lowercase letters 3 times each.
- Beginning Sound Pictures – Students will color the two beginning sound images that begin with the letter sound.
- Alphabet Rainbow Writing – Students will rainbow write the letter.
- Search and Find – Students will search for the uppercase and lowercase letter and color it each time they find it.
- Animal Alphabet Directed Drawings – Students will complete the animal alphabet directed drawing.
- Alphabet Sentences – Students will read the alphabet sentences by pointing and saying the letter sound, letter sound, picture (/a/, /a/, alligator).
Only uses one sheet of paper! These interactive alphabet books use the same amount of paper as alphabet worksheets, but pack in more practice.
How to print the alphabet books double-sided:
- From your computer: When you print, select “print on both sides” and set it to flip on the short edge.
- From a large copier: If you must print single-sided first and then copy, you may need to flip the second page upside down. I suggest running a test copy first to make sure that it copies correctly.
