Kindergarten Opinion Writing Unit and Persuasive Writing Unit // This unit will teach your students to write about their opinion, give 2 or more supporting reasons, write to persuade, and to write a persuasive letter. This unit is longer than any of my other writer’s workshop units because students are learning two different types of writing. However, I combined them because persuasive writing builds off of opinion writing. You can easily break this into two units if needed.
