I love making this creepy carrots craft because they all turn out so unique.
I gave students the pieces of paper and then just told them the shapes to cut. They didn’t have a template so they all turned out different.
If you wanted a template to make it easier, you could easily draw one.

Creepy Carrots Book Activities for Comprehension
As you can see in the picture above, our focus was on characters. After the story, we discussed who the characters in this story were. Then, students drew the characters independently.
This is also a great story to discuss problem and solution! Both the carrots and Jasper had a problem and they both solved it in a unique way.
