Presidents’ Day Picture Books for Kids
Of course, we begin by learning about what is Presidents’ Day. We also spend a day learning about Abraham Lincoln and a day learning about George Washington.
These are my favorite Presidents’ Day children’s books for learning about the history:

- I Am George Washington
- I Am Abraham Lincoln
- My First Biography: Abraham Lincoln

But then, students get to start making connections to their own life. We pose the question, “What if I was the president?”
