1. Hang up the math center cards around the room
2. Students will grab a recording sheet and a clipboard
3. They will search the room for the cards
4. When they find a card, they will color or write the answer on their recording sheet

• Busy Bee Addition: Students will search for the cards. They will count or solve the addition problems. Skills: counting, domino addition, addition to 10
• Comparing Numbers: Students will search for the cards. They will compare the numbers on the card. Skills: comparing numbers to 10, comparing numbers to 20
• True or False: Students will search for the cards. They will identify whether the flower is true. Skills: number sense, comparing numbers
• Number Order: Students will search for the cards. They will put the 3 numbers in number order. Skills: number order within 10 and 20
• Summer Equations: Students will search for the cards. They will solve to make ten or subtraction problems. Skills: making ten, subtraction to 10
• I Know Numbers: Students will search for the cards. They will count on or count back. Skills: counting on, counting back
• Firefly Addition or Subtraction: Students will search the room for the cards. They will add the fireflies inside the jar with the fireflies outside of the jar, or they will subtract the fireflies that are crossed out. Skills: addition to 10, subtraction to 10
• Graph the Room: Students will search for the picture cards. They will count the amount and fill in the graph the match. Skills: Counting, graphing
